Welcome to Trout and Grouse. Our goal is to help you enjoy your time on the water or in the field to the max.

Outdoor gear is but a tool, a way to achieve an end. We carry great stuff, gear we believe in, use ourselves and stand behind every day. And we are anxious to have you tap us as a resource to learn to use it more effectively, via a private casting lesson, fishing or fly tying class or just by dropping in and asking a question.

Our website is a work in progress. Right now there’s plenty to explore in terms of tackle, clothing and accessories as well as our classes and travel sections. Click on one of our links to various DNR websites and get your license online or check out the weather at your favorite fishing destination. Over the next several months we will be adding reviews, river reports, and discussion groups.
